Our condos are located right on Venice Beach. There are five fabulous, sandy beaches in Venice.
Venice Beach
This is a wonderful beach to swim, sunbathe and relax. Reef divers love Venice Beach because the reef lies only ¼ mile offshore.
You may find fossilized shark teeth on Venice Beach, but there are a lot more shark teeth on Caspersen Beach. Venice Beach is
the closest beach to downtown historic Venice.
Casperson Beach
This beach is pristine and secluded and is the southern most beach on Venice Island. The southern 2/3 of the beach has been
left in its natural state, with fresh-water and salt-water marshes, mangroves and tidal flats. To get to Casperson beach,
just drive south on Harbor Drive to the end. This beach is one of the best places to find fossilized shark teeth.
Brohard Beach
Kids won’t be bored at Brohard Beach. Service Club Park which is adjacent to Brohard Beach, offers playground equipment and
Boardwalks with covered pick-nick areas. Also nearby is the U.S. Coastguard Flotilla Training center.
Nokomis Beach
A family oriented and popular for fishing, Nokomis is Sarasota counties oldest public beach. Located at the west-end of Albee Road, Nokomis beach also includes a boat launch ramp.
North Jetty Beach
Located on the tip of Casey Key, the jetty makes North Jetty Beach one of the most exciting beaches on the west coast.
It’s a popular pick-nick spot for family and large groups. The fishing at North Jetty Beach is reputed to be spectacular.
North Jetty Beach as well as South Jetty Beach are the favorite spots for surfers.
